Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.
1.1 Eligible Returns
- Incorrect item received: If we shipped the wrong product or size.
- Damaged items: If your product is damaged in transit.
- Expired products: If the product is expired or near expiry when it arrives.
1.2 Non-Eligible Returns
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products purchased during discount sales (unless defective).
- Gift cards or products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Free samples or promotional items.
If you believe your purchase meets the return criteria, follow these steps:
2.1 Contact Us
- Email our customer service team at hello@getkekka.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return (including a photo of any damaged or incorrect items).
- Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps and issue a return authorization if your return is approved.
2.2 Return Shipping
- For eligible returns, Kekka will cover return shipping costs for domestic orders. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- We will provide a return label for domestic returns if applicable.
- Ensure the returned items are unused, in their original packaging, and with the receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:
3.1 Refund Timeframe
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For domestic returns, expect a refund within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- For international returns, refunds may take up to 14 business days due to currency conversion and bank processing times.
3.2 Refund Conditions
- Refunds will only be processed after the product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the eligibility criteria (unused, in original condition, and unopened).
- In case of defective or damaged items, Kekka will cover the full refund, including shipping costs.
We understand that you may prefer a replacement instead of a refund. If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, let us know, and we will offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
At Kekka, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
6.1 Required Information
- Photos or videos of the product showing the damage/defect.
- Your order number and details of the issue.
- We will send you a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at hello@getkekka.com as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled for full refunds if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once your order is shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, but you may still return the product once you receive it (if eligible).
Some products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Used or opened products.
- Sale or promotional items.
- Gift cards or any non-returnable items indicated at the time of purchase.
- Free samples or gifts

Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
