Once your order is placed and confirmed, our team begins processing it.

- During peak seasons or sales events, processing time may take an additional 1β2 days.

- Standard Shipping: 3β7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping (where available): 2β4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions.
Shipping destinations: We ship to select countries worldwide.

Important: International shipments may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties in your country β these charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
- Domestic Shipping (India):
Free shipping on prepaid orders + extra discount.
Free shipping on COD orders (no added discount). - International Shipping: Shipping charges vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Charges displayed at checkout are final unless there are additional duties or taxes at the destination.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipment confirmation email
- AΒ tracking number
- Instructions to track your package on the courierβs website
You can also find your tracking details in the My Orders section of your account.
If a shipment is deemed undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed delivery
- Refusal of package

- You will be refunded the cost of products (excluding original and return shipping charges), or
- A reshipment can be arranged upon request with additional shipping fees.

If you receive a damaged package:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- ProvideΒ photos of the packaging and damaged item along with your order number.
If your package is lost:
- We will open an investigation with the courier.
- If the package cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe, you may be offered:
A replacement Shipment, or
A refund in accodance with our refund policy.

- Weβll update the addressΒ only if the order hasnβt been processed or shipped
Once shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
